Epicure Chefs Create Magic!


Epicures and MCG finest chefs unite to create an exquisite winter menu. Epicure’s Executive Chefs – Peter Haycroft and Deniz Karaca met with MCG’s Culinary Centre Head Chef, Jimmy Ujgunovski to create the MCG Winter menu at Zinc Federation Square. Peter and Jimmy prepared entrees and main dishes whilst Deniz prepared tantalizing sweet delights. Deniz Karaca was proud to receive the award of 3rd place at the Word Chocolate Masters event held in Paris, November 2013.

It was an absolute pleasure working with such talent and having fun along the way. We would do it again in a heart beat.
